U-Diagnostics CENTOGENE\u5c07\u63d0\u4f9b\u5176CE\u8a8d\u8b49\u7684\u96d9\u7d44\u5206\u4e7e\u5f0f\u5851\u81a0\u62ed\u5b50CentoSwab\u2122\uff0c\u7528\u65bc\u63a1\u96c6\u53e3\u54bd\u62ed\u5b50\u6a23\u672c\uff0c\u96a8\u5f8c\u5728CENTOGENE\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u4e00\u5bb6\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u5c0d\u6a23\u672c\u9032\u884c\u9006\u8f49\u9304\u805a\u5408\u9176\u934a\u5f0f\u53cd\u61c9\uff08RT-PCR\uff09\u5206\u6790\u3002\u5169\u5bb6\u516c\u53f8\u5e0c\u671b\u900f\u904e\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u5145\u5206\u5229\u7528\u73fe\u6709\u6280\u8853\u548c\u5de5\u4f5c\u6d41\u7a0b\uff0c\u70ba\u8377\u862d\u7684\u6aa2\u6e2c\u5de5\u4f5c\u63d0\u4f9b\u5f37\u800c\u6709\u529b\u7684\u652f\u63f4\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>CENTOGENE\u57f7\u884c\u9577Arndt Rolfs\u6559\u6388\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u300c\u6211\u5011\u771f\u5fc3\u81f4\u529b\u65bc\u5e6b\u52a9\u8377\u862d\u5c0d\u6297\u65b0\u578b\u51a0\u72c0\u75c5\u6bd2\u3002\u900f\u904e\u8207U-Diagnostics\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u6709\u4fe1\u5fc3\u63a7\u5236COVID-19\u75ab\u60c5\uff0c\u4e26\u9632\u6b62\u75ab\u60c5\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u8513\u5ef6\u3002\u53ea\u6709\u900f\u904e\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u548c\u6253\u7834\u5e38\u898f\u7684\u5275\u65b0\u601d\u7dad\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u624d\u80fd\u771f\u6b63\u6709\u6a5f\u6703\u6230\u52dd\u9019\u5834\u75ab\u60c5\u3002\u300d\u201c<\/p>\n<p>U-Diagnostics \u57f7\u884c\u9577 Maarten Cuppen \u548c U-Diagnostics \u5275\u8fa6\u4eba\u517c\u9996\u5e2d\u884c\u92b7\u9577 Albert Zwart \u535a\u58eb\u5728\u4e00\u4efd\u806f\u5408\u8072\u660e\u4e2d\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u201c\u96a8\u8457\u6211\u5011\u5728\u8377\u862d\u80fd\u5920\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u6aa2\u6e2c\u7a2e\u985e\u5927\u5e45\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u6211\u5011\u5c08\u696d\u77e5\u8b58\u7684\u5206\u4eab\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5c07\u80fd\u5920\u70ba\u9632\u6b62\u75ab\u60c5\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u7206\u767c\u3001\u7dad\u6301\u7d93\u6fdf\u548c\u793e\u5340\u7684\u6b63\u5e38\u904b\u4f5c\u505a\u51fa\u5be6\u8cea\u6027\u8ca2\u737b\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"h3\">\u5354\u4f5c\u6e2c\u8a66\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848<strong> <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>CENTOGENE\u81f4\u529b\u65bc\u8207\u5404\u65b9\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u70ba\u5168\u7403\u63d0\u4f9b\u9ad8\u54c1\u8cea\u7684\u6aa2\u6e2c\u670d\u52d9\u3002\u8a72\u6aa2\u6e2c\u900f\u904e\u6aa2\u6e2c\u6e90\u81ea\u81f4\u75c5\u51a0\u72c0\u75c5\u6bd2\u57fa\u56e0\u7d44\u7684\u7279\u5b9aRNA\u5206\u5b50\u4f86\u6aa2\u6e2cSARS-CoV-2\u611f\u67d3\u3002\u8a3a\u65b7\u6d41\u7a0b\u5305\u62ec\uff1aRNA\u8403\u53d6\u3001\u900f\u904e\u9006\u8f49\u9304\u5c07RNA\u8f49\u9304\u70ba\u4e92\u88dcDNA (cDNA)\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u900f\u904e\u805a\u5408\u9176\u934a\u5f0f\u53cd\u61c9 (PCR) \u64f4\u589e\uff08\u8907\u88fd\uff09\u75c5\u6bd2\u7279\u7570\u6027cDNA\u3002\u64f4\u589e\u7522\u7269\u4e2dcDNA\u7684\u5b58\u5728\u8868\u793a\u6a23\u672c\u4e2d\u5b58\u5728\u75c5\u6bd2\u9846\u7c92\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u63d0\u793aSARS-CoV-2\u611f\u67d3\u6d3b\u8e8d\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>\u672c\u65b9\u6cd5\u662f\u57fa\u65bc\u5fb7\u7f85\u65af\u6ed5\u6559\u6388\uff08\u67cf\u6797\u590f\u91cc\u7279\u91ab\u9662\uff09\u767c\u8868\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002\u4e16\u754c\u885b\u751f\u7d44\u7e54\u6587\u4ef6\u4e2d\u5c07\u6b64\u6aa2\u6e2c\u7a31\u70ba\u300c\u4e16\u885b\u7d44\u7e54\u590f\u91cc\u7279\u300d\u6aa2\u6e2c\u3002\u5206\u6790\u6b65\u9a5f\uff0c\u7279\u5225\u662f\u7528\u65bc\u900f\u904eRT-PCR\u6aa2\u6e2c\u75c5\u6bd2RNA\u7684\u76ee\u6a19\u5e8f\u5217\uff0c\u8207Corman\u7b49\u4eba\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u5b8c\u5168\u4e00\u81f4\uff0c\u4e26\u900f\u904e\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u9593\u6bd4\u5c0d\u4ee5\u53ca\u8207\u5fb7\u7f85\u65af\u6ed5\u6559\u6388\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u9a57\u8b49\u3002\u6b64\u6aa2\u6e2c\u65b9\u6cd5\u4e5f\u5728CENTOGENE\u516c\u53f8\u7372\u5f97CAP\/CLIA\/ISO 15189\u8a8d\u8b49\u7684\u5206\u6790\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u4e2d\u9032\u884c\u4e86\u9a57\u8b49\uff0c\u4e26\u5df2\u7372\u5f97\u7f8e\u570b\u98df\u54c1\u85e5\u7269\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\uff08FDA\uff09\u7684\u7dca\u6025\u4f7f\u7528\u6388\u6b0a\uff08EUA\uff09\uff0c\u53ef\u4f9b\u6388\u6b0a\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u4f7f\u7528\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>\u9019\u4e9b\u6a23\u672c\u7531 U-Diagnostics \u6216\u5176\u5408\u4f5c\u5925\u4f34\u63a1\u96c6\uff0c\u63a1\u96c6\u5de5\u5177\u70ba CentoSwab\u2122\uff0c\u9019\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u7372\u5f97 CE \u8a8d\u8b49\u7684\u96d9\u7d44\u5206\u4e7e\u5f0f\u5851\u81a0\u62ed\u5b50\uff0c\u7528\u65bc\u53e3\u54bd\u62ed\u5b50\u63a1\u6a23\u3002 Beetz \u548c Skrahina \u7b49\u4eba\u6700\u8fd1\u7684\u4e00\u9805\u7814\u7a76\uff08<a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/32650631\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"\u67e5\u770b\u8a72\u7814\u7a76\">https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/32650631<\/a>\u5f37\u8abf\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u53e3\u54bd\u62ed\u5b50\uff08\u5305\u62ec\u500b\u4eba\u81ea\u884c\u63a1\u96c6\u7684\u62ed\u5b50\uff09\u662f\u6aa2\u6e2c SARS-CoV-2 \u7684\u5408\u9069\u66ff\u4ee3\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u53ef\u53d6\u4ee3\u7531\u91ab\u8b77\u4eba\u54e1\u9032\u884c\u7684\u9f3b\u54bd\u62ed\u5b50\u6aa2\u6e2c\u3002\u4f7f\u7528\u53e3\u54bd\u62ed\u5b50\uff0c\u53ef\u5728\u6578\u5c0f\u6642\u5167\u63a1\u96c6\u6a23\u672c\u4e26\u7372\u5f97\u7d50\u679c\u2014\u2014\u9019\u65e2\u7d50\u5408\u4e86\u7d93\u904e\u9a57\u8b49\u7684\u91ab\u7642\u5de5\u5177\uff0c\u53c8\u80fd\u8b93\u6211\u5011\u5728\u52aa\u529b\u4fdd\u6301\u793e\u5340\u548c\u7d93\u6fdf\u958b\u653e\u7684\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u5b89\u5fc3\u7121\u6182\u3002\u6a23\u672c\u96a8\u5f8c\u88ab\u9001\u5f80 CENTOGENE \u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u9032\u884c\u5206\u6790\uff0c\u7d50\u679c\u8fd4\u56de\u7d66 U-Diagnostics\uff0c\u7531 U-Diagnostics \u76f4\u63a5\u5c07 COVID-19 \u6aa2\u6e2c\u5831\u544a\u767c\u9001\u7d66\u60a3\u8005\u3002.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"h3\">\u95dc\u65bc U-Diagnostics<strong> <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>U-Diagnostics \u7531 Albert Zwart \u535a\u58eb\u65bc 1999 \u5e74\u61c9\u70cf\u5f97\u52d2\u652f\u5927\u5b78\u91ab\u5b78\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u5275\u7acb\uff0c\u662f\u70cf\u5f97\u52d2\u652f\u5927\u5b78\u91ab\u5b78\u4e2d\u5fc3\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u3002 U-Diagnostics \u662f\u4e00\u5bb6\u5275\u65b0\u91ab\u5b78\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\uff0c\u5c08\u9580\u5f9e\u4e8b\u81e8\u5e8a\u8a66\u9a57\u3001\u81e8\u5e8a\u5316\u5b78\u548c\u8840\u6db2\u5b78\u3001\u91ab\u5b78\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u5b78\u3001\u91ab\u5b78\u514d\u75ab\u5b78\u548c\u75c5\u7406\u8a3a\u65b7\u9818\u57df\u7684\u5206\u6790\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>U-Diagnostics \u70ba\u5168\u79d1\u91ab\u751f\u3001\u8077\u696d\u5065\u5eb7\u8207\u5b89\u5168\u670d\u52d9\u6a5f\u69cb\u3001\u5065\u5eb7\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3001\u653f\u5e9c\u6a5f\u69cb\u3001\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u548c\u516c\u53f8\u63d0\u4f9b\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u5206\u6790\u670d\u52d9\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>\u6191\u85c9\u5b8c\u5584\u7684\u7db2\u8def\u548c\u516c\u53f8\u81ea\u71df\u7684\u5feb\u905e\u670d\u52d9\uff0cU-Diagnostics \u7684\u670d\u52d9\u8986\u84cb\u5168\u7f8e\u3002 U-Diagnostics \u59cb\u7d42\u81f4\u529b\u65bc\u78ba\u4fdd\u91ab\u751f\u5c0d\u5176\u8a3a\u7642\u548c\u60a3\u8005\u8b77\u7406\u64c1\u6709\u5b8c\u5168\u7684\u63a7\u5236\u6b0a\u3002.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"h3\">\u95dc\u65bc CENTOGENE<strong>
