Centogene NV (Nasdaq: CNTG) \u6b23\u7136\u5ba3\u5e03\u7c3d\u7f72\u8ad2\u89e3\u5099\u5fd8\u9304 (MOU)\uff0c\u4ee5\u63a8\u9032\u6eb6\u9176\u9ad4\u75be\u75c5 (LDs) \u7684\u85e5\u7269\u7814\u767c\uff0c\u4e26\u6539\u5584\u4eba\u5011\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u54c1\u8cea\u53d7\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u54c1\u8cea\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>\u8a72\u8ad2\u89e3\u5099\u5fd8\u9304\u6982\u8ff0\u4e86\u4e00\u9805\u6230\u7565\u5925\u4f34\u95dc\u4fc2\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u5229\u7528\u5169\u500b\u7d44\u7e54\u5728\u907a\u50b3\u5b78\u548c\u771f\u5be6\u4e16\u754c\u6578\u64da (RWD) \u65b9\u9762\u7684\u512a\u52e2\uff0c\u514b\u670d\u5728\u958b\u767c\u5b89\u5168\u6709\u6548\u7684 LD \u7642\u6cd5\u65b9\u9762\u9047\u5230\u7684\u969c\u7919\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>CENTOGENE\u662f\u57fa\u56e0\u7d44\u5b78\u548c\u591a\u7d44\u5b78\u6aa2\u6e2c\u670d\u52d9\u7684\u5168\u7403\u9818\u5c0e\u8005\uff0c\u5229\u7528\u5148\u9032\u7684\u5b9a\u5e8f\u6280\u8853\u52a0\u901f\u7f55\u898b\u75be\u75c5\u548c\u795e\u7d93\u9000\u5316\u6027\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u8a3a\u65b7\u548c\u6cbb\u7642\u7814\u767c\u3002\u81ea2006\u5e74\u4ee5\u4f86\uff0cCENTOGENE\u7684\u8a3a\u65b7\u696d\u52d9\u90e8\u9580\u4e00\u76f4\u81f4\u529b\u65bc\u5f9e\u8cc7\u6599\u4e2d\u53d6\u5f97\u6d1e\u898b\uff0c\u4e26\u5c07\u8cc7\u6599\u6536\u96c6\u5230CENTOGENE\u751f\u7269\u8cc7\u6599\u5eab\u3002\u8a72\u8cc7\u6599\u5eab\u662f\u5168\u7403\u6700\u5927\u7684\u7f55\u898b\u75be\u75c5\u548c\u795e\u7d93\u9000\u5316\u6027\u75be\u75c5\u771f\u5be6\u4e16\u754c\u7d9c\u5408\u591a\u7d44\u5b78\u8cc7\u6599\u5132\u5b58\u5eab\uff0c\u6db5\u84cb\u4f86\u81ea120\u591a\u500b\u9ad8\u5ea6\u591a\u5143\u5316\u570b\u5bb6\u768485\u842c\u591a\u540d\u60a3\u8005\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u8d85\u904e701\u540d\u60a3\u8005\u70ba\u975e\u6b50\u6d32\u88d4\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>C-Path \u7d44\u6210\u7531\u4e0d\u540c\u5229\u5bb3\u95dc\u4fc2\u4eba\u7d44\u6210\u7684\u5354\u4f5c\u5de5\u4f5c\u5c0f\u7d44\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u8b58\u5225\u958b\u767c\u91dd\u5c0d\u7279\u5b9a\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u6709\u6548\u7642\u6cd5\u7684\u7279\u5b9a\u969c\u7919\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u5de5\u4f5c\u5c0f\u7d44\u96a8\u5f8c\u6703\u5275\u5efa\u5de5\u5177\u548c\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u5e6b\u52a9\u85e5\u7269\u7814\u767c\u4eba\u54e1\u514b\u670d\u9019\u4e9b\u969c\u7919\u3002 \u9818\u5c0e\uff0c\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u5145\u6eff\u6d3b\u529b\u7684\u516c\u79c1\u5408\u4f5c\u9805\u76ee\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u52a0\u901f\u6eb6\u9176\u9ad4\u75be\u75c5\u85e5\u7269\u7684\u7814\u767c\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>\u8a72\u8ad2\u89e3\u5099\u5fd8\u9304\u754c\u5b9a\u4e86C-Path\u548cCENTOGENE\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u6f5b\u529b\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u8cc7\u6599\u8c50\u5bcc\u8207\u95dc\u806f\uff1a<\/strong> \u589e\u5f37 LD \u7684\u6578\u64da\u8c50\u5bcc\u548c\/\u6216\u95dc\u806f\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u5728\u5c3c\u66fc-\u5339\u514b\u75c5 C \u578b\u3001\u6208\u8b1d\u6c0f\u75c7 2 \u578b\u548c 3 \u578b\u4ee5\u53ca\u9ecf\u591a\u91a3\u8caf\u7a4d\u75c7 II \u578b\u3002.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u57fa\u56e0\u6aa2\u6e2c\u670d\u52d9\uff1a<\/strong> \u70ba\u81e8\u5e8a\u8a66\u9a57\u6216\u89c0\u5bdf\u6027\u7814\u7a76\u63d0\u4f9b\u57fa\u56e0\u6aa2\u6e2c\u670d\u52d9\u3002.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u6a23\u54c1\u5206\u6790\u5831\u544a\uff1a<\/strong> \u900f\u904e CentoCloud\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528\u9810\u5148\u5b9a\u7fa9\u7684 NGS \u5b9a\u5e8f\u8a2d\u5099\u548c\u6587\u5eab\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\uff0c\u70ba CENTOGENE \u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u9032\u884c\u7684\u8a3a\u65b7\u63d0\u4f9b\u6a23\u672c\u5206\u6790\u5831\u544a\u670d\u52d9\u3002.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u5b58\u53d6 CENTOGENE \u751f\u7269\u8cc7\u6599\u5eab\uff1a<\/strong> \u5141\u8a31\u6709\u9650\u5730\u8a2a\u554f CENTOGENE \u751f\u7269\u6578\u64da\u5eab\uff0c\u4ee5\u5206\u6790 CPLD \u9805\u76ee\u7684\u60a3\u8005\uff0c\u9019\u53ef\u80fd\u6d89\u53ca\u6578\u64da\u93c8\u63a5\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u4e0d\u6d89\u53ca\u6578\u64da\u93c8\u63a5\u3002.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u806f\u5408\u54c1\u724c\u63a8\u5ee3\u6d3b\u52d5\uff1a<\/strong> \u4fc3\u9032 LD \u4e2d RWD \u548c\u907a\u50b3\u6578\u64da\u5408\u4f5c\u7684\u7368\u7279\u6027\u3002.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u201c\u300c\u5728CENTOGENE\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u81f4\u529b\u65bc\u63d0\u4f9b\u6578\u64da\u9a45\u52d5\u3001\u6539\u8b8a\u751f\u547d\u7684\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u4ee5\u52a0\u901f\u85e5\u7269\u767c\u73fe\u548c\u958b\u767c\u4e26\u964d\u4f4e\u98a8\u96aa\u3002\u7cbe\u6e96\u6027\u3001\u5148\u9032\u7684\u5206\u6790\u548c\u4fbf\u6377\u7684\u8a2a\u554f\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u6b63\u662f\u6211\u5011\u751f\u7269\u6578\u64da\u5eab\u767c\u63ee\u8cea\u7684\u512a\u52e2\u6240\u5728\uff0c\u300dCENTOGENE\u9996\u5e2d\u91ab\u7642\u548c\u57fa\u56e0\u7d44\u5b78\u5b98Peter \u201d\u900f\u904e\u8207C-Path\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u6b63\u5728\u63a8\u9032\u6211\u5011\u5171\u540c\u7684\u9858\u666f\uff0c\u5373\u628a\u771f\u5be6\u4e16\u754c\u7684\u6578\u64da\u8f49\u5316\u70ba\u62ef\u6551\u5168\u7403\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u7642\u6cd5\u3002\u201c<\/p>\n<p>CPLD \u79d1\u5b78\u4e3b\u4efb Krista Casazza \u535a\u58eb\u88dc\u5145\u9053\uff1a\u201c\u8207 CENTOGENE \u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u5c07\u4f7f\u6211\u5011\u80fd\u5920\u7d50\u5408\u6211\u5011\u7684\u5c08\u696d\u77e5\u8b58\u548c\u8cc7\u6e90\uff0c\u514b\u670d LD title=\"CPLD\u806f\u76df\">https:\/\/c-path.org\/cpld<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>\u95dc\u65bc\u95dc\u9375\u8def\u5f91\u7814\u7a76\u6240<\/h3>\n<p>\u95dc\u9375\u8def\u5f91\u7814\u7a76\u6240\uff08C-Path\uff09\u662f\u4e00\u5bb6\u7368\u7acb\u7684\u975e\u71df\u5229\u7d44\u7e54\uff0c\u6210\u7acb\u65bc2005\u5e74\uff0c\u4ee5\u516c\u79c1\u5408\u4f5c\u6a21\u5f0f\u904b\u4f5c\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u61c9\u5c0d\u2026 \u7684\u4f7f\u547d\u662f\u5f15\u9818\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u70ba\u4e16\u754c\u5404\u5730\u7684\u4eba\u5011\u63a8\u9032\u66f4\u597d\u7684\u6cbb\u7642\u3002.<\/strong> C-Path \u88ab\u516c\u8a8d\u70ba\u52a0\u901f\u85e5\u7269\u7814\u767c\u9818\u57df\u7684\u5148\u9a45\uff0c\u5df2\u5efa\u7acb\u8a31\u591a\u570b\u969b\u806f\u76df\u3001\u9805\u76ee\u548c\u8a08\u5283\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u532f\u805a\u4e86\u4f86\u81ea\u653f\u5e9c\u548c\u76e3\u7ba1\u6a5f\u69cb\u3001\u5b78\u8853\u754c\u3001\u60a3\u8005\u7d44\u7e54\u3001\u75be\u75c5\u57fa\u91d1\u6703\u4ee5\u53ca\u88fd\u85e5\u548c\u751f\u7269\u6280\u8853\u516c\u53f8\u7684 \u7684\u98df\u54c1\u85e5\u7269\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40 (FDA) \u63d0\u4f9b\u652f\u6301\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d 54% \u8cc7\u91d1\u4f86\u81ea FDA\/HHS\uff0c\u7e3d\u8a08 $19,436,549 \u7f8e\u5143\uff1b\u53e6\u6709 46% \u8cc7\u91d1\u4f86\u81ea\u975e\u653f\u5e9c\u6a5f\u69cb\uff0c\u7e3d\u8a08 $168,373,368 \u7f8e\u5143\u3002\u672c\u6587\u5167\u5bb9\u50c5\u4ee3\u8868\u4f5c\u8005\u89c0\u9ede\uff0c\u4e0d\u4e00\u5b9a\u4ee3\u8868 FDA\/HHS \u6216\u7f8e\u570b\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u5b98\u65b9\u7acb\u5834\u6216\u8a8d\u53ef\u3002.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>\u95dc\u65bc CENTOGENE<\/h3>\n<p>CENTOGENE \u7684\u4f7f\u547d\u662f\u70ba\u7f55\u898b\u75be\u75c5\u548c\u795e\u7d93\u9000\u5316\u6027\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u3001\u91ab\u751f\u548c\u88fd\u85e5\u516c\u53f8\u63d0\u4f9b\u6578\u64da\u9a45\u52d5\u3001\u6539\u8b8a\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\u3002\u6211\u5011\u5c07\u591a\u7d44\u5b78\u6280\u8853\u8207 CENTOGENE
