CENTOGENE \u7684\u591a\u9ad4\u5b78\u5206\u6790\u5e73\u53f0\uff0c\u53ef\u5354\u52a9\u5408\u4f5c\u5925\u4f34\u9032\u884c\u60a3\u8005\u5206\u5c64\uff08Patient Stratification\uff09\uff0c\u627e\u51fa\u6700\u9069\u5408\u7d0d\u5165\u81e8\u5e8a\u8a66\u9a57\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u65cf\u7fa4\u3002\n\n\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u4f9d\u8a17\uff1a\n\n\u8d85\u904e 100 \u842c\u7b46\u60a3\u8005\u8cc7\u6599\u7684 Biodatabank\u3001\n\u4f86\u81ea\u5168\u7403\u591a\u5143\u65cf\u7fa4\u7684\u8cc7\u6599\u3001\n\u8d85\u904e 29,000 \u4f4d\u91ab\u5e2b\u5408\u4f5c\u7db2\u7d61\u3002\n\n\u6211\u5011\u53ef\u5354\u52a9\u5408\u4f5c\u5925\u4f34\uff1a\n\n\u8a55\u4f30\u81e8\u5e8a\u8a66\u9a57\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff08Site\uff09\u53ef\u884c\u6027\u3001\n\u5feb\u901f\u8fa8\u8b58\u7b26\u5408\u689d\u4ef6\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u3001\n\u57f7\u884c\u60a3\u8005\u62db\u52df\u3002\n\n\u5c07\u60a3\u8005\u65cf\u7fa4\u8fa8\u8b58\u6240\u9700\u6642\u9593\u7531\u6578\u5e74\u7e2e\u77ed\u81f3\u6578\u5929\uff0c\u5927\u5e45\u964d\u4f4e\u85e5\u7269\u958b\u767c\u98a8\u96aa\u4e26\u52a0\u901f\u7814\u7a76\u9032\u7a0b\u3002<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-heading\">ROPAD Study<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">CENTOGENE \u8207\u7f8e\u570b\u52a0\u5dde <strong>Denali Therapeutics Inc.<\/strong> \u5408\u4f5c\u63a8\u52d5 Rostock International Parkinson's Disease Study\uff08ROPAD\uff09\u3002\n\n\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u65e8\u5728\uff1a\n\n\u89e3\u6790\u5df4\u91d1\u68ee\u6c0f\u75c7\uff08Parkinson's Disease, PD\uff09\u7684\u907a\u50b3\u7279\u5fb5\u3001\n\u6df1\u5165\u4e86\u89e3\u75be\u75c5\u9032\u7a0b\u3001\n\u62db\u52df\u9069\u5408\u60a3\u8005\u53c3\u8207\u5019\u9078\u85e5\u7269\u81e8\u5e8a\u8a66\u9a57\u3002<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u7814\u7a76\u5df2\u5b8c\u6210\u7b2c\u4e00\u968e\u6bb5\u76ee\u6a19\uff0c\u6210\u529f\u62db\u52df\u4e26\u5b8c\u6210 10,000 \u4f4d\u53d7\u8a66\u8005\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u6aa2\u6e2c\u3002\n\n\u76ee\u524d\u6b63\u6301\u7e8c\u62db\u52df\u984d\u5916 2,500 \u4f4d\u60a3\u8005\uff0c\u4ee5\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u5efa\u7acb\u5df4\u91d1\u68ee\u6c0f\u75c7\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u7814\u7a76\u8cc7\u6599\u3002\n\n\u7814\u7a76\u5c07\u805a\u7126\u65bc 11 \u500b\u570b\u5bb6\u5171 40 \u500b\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\uff1a\n\n\u5df4\u897f\u3001\n\u5fb7\u570b\u3001\n\u7fa9\u5927\u5229\u3001\n\u897f\u73ed\u7259\u3001\n\u7f8e\u570b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2018 \u5e74\uff0cCENTOGENE \u8207 Denali Therapeutics \u5efa\u7acb\u7b56\u7565\u5408\u4f5c\u95dc\u4fc2\uff0c\u76ee\u6a19\u70ba\u5168\u7403\u8fa8\u8b58\u53ca\u62db\u52df\u651c\u5e36 LRRK2 \u57fa\u56e0\u8b8a\u7570\u7684\u5df4\u91d1\u68ee\u6c0f\u75c7\u60a3\u8005\u3002\n\nLRRK2 \u662f\u76ee\u524d\u5df2\u77e5\u6700\u5e38\u898b\u7684\u5df4\u91d1\u68ee\u6c0f\u75c7\u81f4\u75c5\u57fa\u56e0\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\n\n\u65bc ROPAD \u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u78ba\u8a8d\u651c\u5e36 LRRK2 \u57fa\u56e0\u8b8a\u7570\u7684\u60a3\u8005\uff0c\u672a\u4f86\u5c07\u6709\u6a5f\u6703\u53c3\u8207\u76f8\u95dc\u6cbb\u7642\u6027\u81e8\u5e8a\u8a66\u9a57\uff0c\u5305\u62ec Denali Therapeutics \u8207
