El estudio PICOPglobal se lleva a cabo sin un grupo de tratamiento y en colaboraci\u00f3n con la Sociedad de Oncolog\u00eda Quir\u00fargica de Pakist\u00e1n. Los socios locales son la Universidad de Rostock y la Universidad de Greifswald en Alemania.<\/p>\n<p>El estudio pretende inscribir a 100 participantes con carcinoma de p\u00e1ncreas o colorrectal para analizar las caracter\u00edsticas moleculares de los tumores y, posteriormente, identificar ant\u00edgenos tumorales espec\u00edficos (neoep\u00edtopos). Estos neoep\u00edtopos constituyen dianas terap\u00e9uticas clave para futuras vacunaciones individualizadas, ya que la potenciaci\u00f3n de la respuesta inmunitaria mediante la vacunaci\u00f3n se encuentra entre las nuevas opciones terap\u00e9uticas, ya sea mediante el uso de ant\u00edgenos espec\u00edficos de c\u00e9lulas, ant\u00edgenos tumorales espec\u00edficos sobreexpresados o neoep\u00edtopos mutados.<\/p>\n<p>Se analizar\u00e1n gen\u00e9ticamente muestras tumorales y de control para identificar mutaciones asociadas a tumores y mutaciones basadas en EM\/EM para identificar neoep\u00edtopos y biomarcadores.
