Coronavirus Tests on Site
CENTOGENE has been offering coronavirus tests since spring 2020: Tests for nucleic acid detection (RT-PCR tests) and antigen tests are available. The nucleic acid test detects the genetic material; the antigen test verifies the protein of the virus. Both test methods detect the presence of an acute viral infection and the consequent risk of infecting other people.
