Clinical information on samples should always be as detailed as possible to permit a systematic analysis. Processing will require less time, you will obtain the final diagnoses earlier and we will be able to assist you as a confident partner in any questions concerning differential diagnosis. We generally prefer to receive a consent document signed by the patient or by the parents, if the patient is under age, for all genetic diagnoses.
For all other countries, we require a written and signed statement including the complete address and name of the person or institution who will cover the costs of the analysis.
