Our Download Portal
Centogene is now offering an internet download portal to facilitate
and accelerate the transmission of your reports.
The portal provides secure and easy access to your reports by logging in using your individual username and password. This will allow you to download all your available reports from finished analyses in an electronic format.

For existing customers:
All existing customers should have received a letter inviting them to use this service by the end of July, 2011. If you didn´t receive an invitation, please contact us by email office(at)centogene(dot)com
To activate your account please return the filled-out and signed consent form to us. As soon as we obtain your consent you will receive an email containing your username and we will start uploading your reports onto the portal. Whenever a report is ready for download you will receive a notification by email.
For new customers:
If you would like to use our secure download portal service to obtain results for your patients, please send us the original copy of a completed and signed consent form.
Once we receive this information you will receive your portal login and be asked to confirm its receipt. Upon confirmation, we will activate your account and start uploading finished reports for patients whom you have referred to us for testing. Whenever a report is ready for download in the portal you will receive notification by email.
